It has the trendy coffee shop, Costa adjacent to the children’s play area. The parks beautiful green land, that was petitioned to be kept free from building construction by George Higginson in 1826, leads to the Thames River. Where you can enjoy feeding the swans or even take a boat ride. Calmer Cruising offers a canal boat holiday on The Sancerre.

The park also hosts the annual River Regatta, where thousands gather every June. History states that this Regatta has been occurring in June every year since 1855.
Marlow is home to one of Britain’s premiere rowing clubs, founded in 1871, the Marlow Rowing Club. The town also has a football, rugby and two cricket clubs.
